How to Get A Job
So you want to get a job? First thing you have to decide is what you want to do! Do you have a talent like babysitting or can you make something like bracelets? Or would you rather work someplace where you got a paycheck, like a restaurant? Here are some ideas (and suggestions!) on how to get a job!

Getting Started
What kind of job you can get depends on how old you are. If you're not 14 or older, you really can't work for someone else but you can work for yourself. (Check out the rules on working in our other article.) If you are 14 or 15, you can't work more than 3 hours on a school day, so keep that in mind when you're looking for a job! So your choices are working for an employer or working for yourself.
